Chef Todd Erickson was born to cook. Even as a small child, Todd’s family knew he was destined for culinary greatness. Upon graduation from college at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, chef Todd took his talents to Dallas, TX, where he opened a catering company, and then his first restaurant, Hector’s on Henderson, where he received the honor of Best New Restaurant from The Dallas Morning News. From there, Todd was given the opportunity to consult for other restaurant and bar concepts, and eventually landed in Miami, FL just in time to open Zuma’s first US location. After Zuma, Todd partnered up to open Haven South Beach on the world famous Lincoln Road. The Miami Herald gave Haven 3.5 out of 4 stars, and The Miami New Times named it Miami’s Best Gastropub. In addition to Haven, Todd opened Huahua’s Taqueria just four doors down from Haven to much fanfare. Food Network Magazine named his fried chicken taco “One of the 50 Greatest Tacos in America, Best in Florida”. Chef Todd is also the co-creator of GLAM Vegan (Green Living Animals Matter), Miami’s hottest fast casual vegan restaurant. Todd is also a “Beat Bobby Flay” champion. Todd defeated Bobby on the season 11 premiere titled “All at Stake”. Todd’s newest venture is The Todd’s, partnering with his long time friend Todd Schneider to bring his culinary talents directly to you.

Todd Schneider grew up in Westport, Connecticut where he worked for Martha Stewart and other various catering companies. His goal is to bring his “Personal Touch” of Event Planning & Design, plus his knowledge of food to Florida. Todd’s background is very extensive and has worked with many celebrities and high end political figures in his 25 plus years as an Event Designer, Planner & Chef.
